The Hawthorne Valley Homes Association website is designed to increase communication with the residents of Hawthorne Valley and to inform potential new residents about the community.  The website includes general background information as well as more timely information regarding H.V. activities, events, meetings and current issues. All residents are encouraged to provide an e-mail address to ensure receiving timely newsletters regarding these above matters.  E-mail addresses will ONLY be used for this purpose.

Trees On Your Property

Residents should be aware that they are responsible to trim their trees so that there is at least an 8 foot clearance over public sidewalks.  This is an Overland Park municipal code designed to keep branches out of the way of walkers and bikers.
